If you love 4WD then adventure is on tap in East Gippsland. All the elements of the wild plus a diverse range of track networks help you lose yourself in its beauty & isolation. But if AWD is your thing, don’t worry. Just climb into your convertible with someone special or slip into the station wagon with the family and get on the road.
High altitude and pristine environments are on tap in the Alpine National Park. Some tracks are for experienced drivers only, but there are plenty to satisfy any level of four wheel drive experience. The Great Alpine Road is perfect for general touring and sightseeing. Croajingolong offers stunning coastline and hinterland forests. Whatever type car you have you will gain access to remote and beautiful locations. Roads in East Gippsland are signposted to advise conditions.
