Beyond Hotham An execptional 4WD Experience

Beyond Hotham Program Options Participants may pick and choose which days/weekends they would like to attend. Our only condition is that you attend one of the weekends if you would like to be part of the mid week overnight trips. Weekend Program Thursday 8th – Sunday 12th April Thursday 15th - Sunday 18th April • Thursday evenings will begin with an Official Welcome and Happy Hour. • The Friday, Saturday and Sunday programs will be made up of a range of day trip tagalongs with our experienced and highly skilled leaders, each tagalong will have a theme and a local identity highly respected for their particular area of expertise. Themes will include hut history, indigenous history, gold discoveries, flora and fauna, first aid, campfire cooking, bird observation, astronomy, geocaching, GPS use, radio protocol etc. • A Gourmet Dinner under the Stars will be held on Saturday 11th and Saturday 17th. • Favourite program items from previous Beyond Hothams will include the Reversing Competition, Nissan test drive vehicles, Night Drive and Women Behind the Wheel, guided walks, winching workshop and tyre talk will be repeated in 2010. Sunday 18th April 12noon. Monster Gourmet Farewell Brunch and Presentation of prizes including the prize draw of a set of BFGoodrich tyres for one lucky person who registers by April 2, 2010 Midweek 4WD and AWD Explore Monday 13th – Thursday 15th The weekday program will be filled with a selection of one night and two night overnight trips, tagalong style and a range of self guided day trip options to Falls Creek ( the Great Alpine Loop), Omeo (All around Omeo) and Dargo (Day out in Dargo). Beyond Hotham evenings throughout the program will begin with Happy Hour every night and then optional dinners including BBQ, spit roast, pizza and Gourmet Dinner Under the Stars. Live music and film nights will be added to our program. We are fortunate to have the support of Parks Victoria, Nissan Australia and Victoria Police as well as Gapsted Wines, BFGoodrich Tyres and Cooper Tires. There are more exciting partnerships to come. Registration for this unique opportunity is $100pp. This represents great value as it includes the Welcome Pack and Gourmet Dinner Under the Stars (either Sat 11th or 17th). Closing Date for registration is April 2, 2010. Prizes for Beyond Hotham 2010 will include sets of tyres, a holiday and valuable 4x4 road accessories.
