Every race boat owner who competed in our pristine waters during April 2011 was so excited with the race day, the beautiful safe waters and the facilities they are returning in 2012. The 2012 race will have four of the Australian owned fastest boats in the world competing for $10,000 first prize, the highest first prize in Australia. We have also been granted rights to conduct the 1.8L national championship. The weekend in Paynesville will be massive together with the annual Boating Exhibition most likely doubling in size in the 2012 year, and extended to include lifestyle exhibition of Caravans, Fishing, and camping.

This is a family event that supports community groups. It is run by the Lindenow Lions Club.
