SWIFTS CREEK & ENSAY

Swifts Creek is located on the Great Alpine Road. Break your journey here and breathe. Sample some grape offerings at a few high altitude wineries, or book a tour so you can visit and indulge without having to drive home.

Explore the historic Cassilis area between Swifts Creek and Omeo. Take the back road between these two towns to the old goldfields sites. See the first licensed cottage winery to be opened there.

Ensay is another high altitude delight. Take the scenic route around these towns and enjoy the peaceful distraction of incredible scenery. Visit Ensay Winery for another pleasant distraction.
